How does the timer work with LED candles? Discover the benefits and ease of use

What makes our LED candles unique?
All our LED candles are equipped with a timer. This means that you can enjoy atmospheric lighting without having to worry about switching the candles on or off. But how exactly does this timer work?
Timer on flameless candles
Our LED candles are designed to make your life easier. The built-in timer ensures that the candles burn for 6 hours and then switch off automatically. After a period of 18 hours, they will light up again. This means that if you turn on the candles at 5:00 PM, for example, they will switch off at 11:00 PM and light up again automatically the next day at 5:00 PM. This way, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere in your home at the same time every day. Some candles have 4 settings.
How do you turn on the timer?
The way you turn on the timer depends on the type of LED candle. Here is an overview of how to turn on the timer on different candles:
Automatic timer for tea lights and dinner candles
Our LED tea lights and dinner candles have an automatic timer function integrated. This means that you simply turn on the candle and the timer starts automatically. This function is perfect for those who love convenience and simplicity.
Manual timer for pillar candles and large rustic LED candles
For our LED pillar candles and large rustic LED candles we have added a separate timer button. On the bottom of the candle there is a slider with three settings: ON, OFF and TIMER. Set the button to TIMER to activate the automatic 6 hours on/18 hours off cycle. This gives you flexibility and control over when you want the candles to burn. Some candles even have 4 timer options: 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours, giving you even more control over your lighting.
What if you don't want to use a timer?
Sometimes you might want more control over when your candles burn, for example in the summer when it stays light longer. Fortunately, all TED Lights LED candles allow you to disable the timer function and turn the candles on and off manually.
For tea lights and dinner candles, you simply do this by turning them off. For pillar candles, you use the slider on the bottom of the candle: set the switch to ON to turn the candle on and to OFF to turn the candle off again.
