We ship our products worldwide, but please note that there are certain countries where delivery is not currently possible.
EN: Orders placed before 10:00 PM on Sun - Fri will be shipped the same day.
BE: Orders are expected within 1-2 business days.
DE: Orders are expected within 1-3 business days.
FR: Orders are expected within 3-4 business days.
AT: Orders are expected within 3 business days.
DK: Orders are expected within 4 working days.
CH: Orders are expected within 4-7 business days.
ES: Orders are expected within 5-7 business days.
IT: Orders are expected within 5 working days.
Other EU countries: Orders are expected within 9 working days.
Countries outside the EU: Orders are expected within 9 working days.
To track your order, you can use the tracking information we send you by email once your order has shipped. In this email you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. By clicking the link or entering the tracking number on the carrier's website, you can view the current status of your shipment and check the estimated delivery date.
If you have not received tracking information or if you need help tracking your order, you can always contact us through our customer service team.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will check the shipment and find a solution together.
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible to report the changes. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it according to our returns policy.
Exchanges & returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

The product being returned must be in the original packaging. You may take the candles out of the box, but make sure that the box remains tidy. Carefully open the box by cutting the sticker, so that you can neatly replace the product if you want to return it. If a damaged box and/or product is returned, the depreciation will be deducted.
If you do not report the return and/or return it outside the return period, you will not receive the purchase amount back. Returns to any other address will not be accepted and may incur additional charges. You therefore run the risk that we will not receive the return and you will not receive a refund.
You are responsible for the return shipment. You are responsible until we receive the return. Refunds are made based on items received. Items not received will not be refunded.
That's no problem! You can return the item you wish to exchange to us at your own expense and then place a new order. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange in any other way.
The refund will be processed as quickly as possible, no later than within 14 days after we have received your return notification. have returned products.
The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly indicated that you wish to use a different payment method.
No costs will be charged for the refund.
Order & payment
To place an order, select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart. View your shopping cart, enter your shipping and payment information, and check your order. Then click on "Place order". You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

TED Lights accepts payments with iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Sofort and Bancontact, various credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

All TED Lights LED candles are equipped with a handy timer. When you turn on the candle, it will burn for 6 hours and then switch off automatically. After 18 hours, the candle will automatically light up again. In smaller candles, such as tea lights and dinner candles, the timer is automatic. In larger candles, such as pillar candles, you can set the timer manually. Some candles even have 4 timer options: 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours, so you have even more control over the lighting.

Each LED candle requires a specific battery. Each product clearly states which batteries are suitable, such as AA, AAA, CR2032, or CR2477. Battery life varies depending on the type of candle and battery chosen, with a burn time of 80 hours for smaller LED candles to over 2000 hours for larger candles. This information is stated on the product pages so you know what to expect.

Our Uyuni LED candles are easy to operate with a remote control, which is available separately. This allows you to switch the candles on and off remotely and set various functions. Other LED candles in our range are equipped with a handy timer function, which you can set directly under the candle. These candles do not require a remote control.
The product pages clearly indicate whether a remote control is included or must be purchased separately.
