How long is a TED Lights string light?
The string lights in our assortment vary in length. The exact length is stated on each product page.
Common lengths in our assortment:
- 3 meters — for a small room, bedroom, or side table
- 6 meters — for an average patio or balcony
- 12 meters — for a larger patio, pergola, or garden
How to choose the right length? Measure the distance you want to illuminate. Add 10-20% for slack and any curves.
Example: Do you want to illuminate a 4-meter pergola from left to right? Then a 6-meter string is more than sufficient — this also gives you some leeway for a slight sag.
Connecting multiple strings: Some models can be connected. Check the product page to see if this is possible for your model.
